crashes & searching

This is what I get when I hit apply in preferences:
Version: '1.4 Beta 1 build 461'
Error message: 'HMODULE: 4194304 Unhandled exception EListError Exception message:List index out of bounds (11) Call stack: [0041816E] [0041816E] [0043DF4A] [00421C16]'
Using windows 98/IE6
Also crashes every time I exit, and does not find the downloads i have on tap.
