chat or messaging system

It would really be nice if there was a chat or messaging system that would allow me to notify others about a corrupt file.

I would also like to warn some uploaders that a particular video file may have foreign subtitles.

I realize that you can't control what other Gnutella users do with their client software but Xolox to Xolox functionality would be nice for a start.
