I'm not sure, but I think (s)he meant he wants to cancel uploads... people downloading FROM him/her. I have mixed feelings about this but am mostly against it in favor of a more intelligent, bandwidth based, upload-slot allocation scheme.

It's quite tedious to cancel many downloads, since you must rclick and select cansel for each file. It would be nice if you could mark several and cancel all of them with a single command.

When talking about Uploads I agree with Seeker and Pedde. You can limit bandwith so no need for cancel.
