Hi,
I have seen that more and more postings are from lazy or unfriendly people (flaming yes, searching no), which makes helping new users more frustrating. Also there is to less feedback from the developers, debates about further development/ideas makes no sense without them.
One good idea could be a FAQ forum with sticky threads about the allways asked questions... "Why is Xolox dowloading, I'm doing nothing?", "What is file stream error?", "I have problems with WinXP?", "I want to upload more than 12 KB/s?"... and many more.

FAQ (Frequenty Asked Questions)
"New users check this section first - Your first aid!"

You're right. The first faq was just from our testing period.
Now we have more feedback it may be time to collect the most requested ones.
