I really don't care to have a preview option (I have DSL, so it's not important to me like it would be to a modem user), however I have to disagree with you on the mislabled files issue: Just recently, I downloaded what was supposed to be the second part of the Star Trek Enterprise pilot. I was dismayed to find that the 159MB file turned out to be part of a DeNiro movie. I've also seen files that claimed to be SNL Celebrity Jeopardy skits that were actually mislabled porn.
