Hyper-kun I agree entirely and personally I would be very wary about reporting any one, and without the evidence a report can not really stand up, and If I was stupid enough to get any evidence on my computer I would eradicate it and eradicate it again before reporting it ... so what the hell do you really do. I'm fairly sure the authorities keep a close watch on the Child porn on p2p and do what they can without the users help, but if I find a situation where I can report a case safely, I will.
