You can use the keyword filter (tools > options > filters > keyword). Add words such as legal, sponsored, iPod, afford etc... it's definitely cut down the amount of spam I see

You can also use the junk filter. When you see one of these files, highlight it & click on the junk symbol (rubbish bin). The junk filter's one you have to train a bit, more info here
