It sounds like you've been scammed. There are no "bonus downloads" & there's no telephone support. Where did you buy LW & how much did you pay?

LW basic is free. LW Pro costs $18.88 US & includes 6 months of updates & email support. The only official site for downloading either version is
www.limewire.com ...always download from the official site to ensure that you're getting a clean version of LW

You should contact your bank/CC company & report this. Ask whether they can cancel the transaction for you.
