So you are saying that I will have to get a new membership? I've had the other one for over a year and a half and didn't renew, so how is that possible? Also, I got Pro which I thought was supposed to have support services-that is the reason I got Pro this time-I didn't the first time and needed help and was screwed! Thanks for your help.
