Actually it sounds as if You might need to uninstall Itunes as well as Limewire to get rid of the file but if that don't work then try this, it's actually a anti-virus tool I use to delete files that are in use it's called Unlocker. UNLOCKER 1.8.5 BY CEDRICK 'NITCH' COLLOMB Just download & install Unlocker & then navigate to the file You want to delete & rite click on it & select the option to delete & if that don't work then select unlock then delete.
