Are you using LimeWire or Phex may I ask? (You did post in the Phex program section!)

If using Phex, go to the View menu & choose Library. Command 5 for mac users keyboard shortcut or I presume Control key 5 for windows users keyboard shortcut.

* Oops just realised you are using LW! In that case see If you updated LimeWire & cannot find your Downloads. And go to View menu & choose Show/hide Library.
