Hi..i am trying to search music but the programs fails to finish connecting..I have amessage that the program hant finished connecting but it never finishes so i am stuck and cannt do anythign..I DO NOT have a firewall and has no history of firewalls... I went into the prompts incase it was a firewall but it isnt. everything is well set up....can someone help me with this? thank you
