I have been tring to access limewire for about 2 days now and the only thing I can get is "Enabling Open Information Sharing" screen. Am I doimg somthing wrong? It used to work fine. I have a sony vaio laptop PCG-K33. Help please???

I am using limewire 4.4.0 and I keep getting an "enabling open information sharing" I don't know what is causing it and can't seem to fix it

Did you try the fixes? I'd suggest you re-install it/use the newer LW 4.4.1
Don't do anything else with your computer when you install. It needs your comp's 100% attention. |

Uninstall it & install the newer version.
Free version: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml So deleting your preferences folder whilst LW was closed didn't help? |
