im gettin cable in a few weeks, would this help speed up the process of loading lime wire??? and ive read that someone had slow dl's speeds with dsl is that true or not?

Remember it's not just your speed it's also the speed of the person you are downloading from.
Even if you have a T1, if you're downloading something from someone who has a 56K modem you'll be waiting hours, if it completes at all. Typically ppl get offline before files complete, or at least that's my experiance. |
