New here and need help
Ok once I got the song downloaded and I go to try and play it on media player, it says acquiring license and then a pop up show ups with an advertisement for a video of the artist, so I close that out and then nothing ever happens. The song never loads. It just does that over and over. So what do I do?? Please help. Thanks
PS I have the free basic version FYI

Delete it (or is it out of control?) and search again
 I'm assuming this is a wma file ... you are best off only d'ling mp3, wma files are often useless or worse (but not always)
