Default new to this program
i have used other P2P programs before & always there is some inial action in the download folder indicating that u are indeed downloading .but when looking in the download folder in this program there is nothing .is this normal?

Yeah that's normal. The temporary files that are being downloaded are saved into your incomplete folder, and only copied into the downloads folder when they finish.
