Limewire Basic - Install Error

I uninstalled my old version of Limewire for fear that it contained the Trojan. Now, I cannot get the new version to install...

An error gui is displayed stating:
"An error occurred while downloading file http://www.installengine.com/msiengine20/instmsia.exe".

Can you please assist or offer suggestion as to how I may resolve this installation problem?
