I am wondering if there is anyway to transfer my files to a folder that is on my desktop. Also, when I turn the Limewire player off it plays the music in Itunes. Is there anyway to change that to Windows Media Player?

Try This Tools>Options>Player>Than Tick off use Lime Wire Media PLayer.And there you can use WMP.
