Hi, Everytime I try to install limewire, it installs nearly three-fourths of the way, then stops and a window pops up reading "Invocation of this Java Application has caused an InvocationTargetException. This application will now exit. (LAX)". I have no idea what this means or how to fix it and was wondering if anyone could help me. Thank you.

Thanks for your help, but I downloaded that version and the same thing happened. As for the MRJ, I don't have it installed. Any other suggestions?

That's your problem. In order for LimeWire to work you need to have MRJ installed. Download MRJ v2.2.5. I hope that helps. |
