i have a java icon on my desktop.does that mean that i have java?do i need to delete that java and download it again for my lm to work?same problem as my recent thread.explain download manually.

i have tried to install java.when i try,my windows installer screen comes up,then freezes.thats my problem.java wont download on my computer.help????????

Try uninstalling your Java & then manually reinstalling. Follow Grandpa's advice:
