OK I'm relatively new at this area. Can you tell me the models of modem & router you have. Are you sure you saved all your settings on these 2 devices? Which OS version are you running? If it's Win XP have you applied the SP2 to it? Also your 'nothing inbound' comment did that apply to checking your Bug Report (instructions link)?
