Hi dburnham I'm sorry to hear about your problems. you can use your pro version as long as you like but the support does run out after 6 mths. Are you firewalled at all? What type of connection do you have? How many OS's are you running? When you installed OSX did you install the BSD system. BSD is important for LW's functioning.
