Problem with your question is that you could be meaning more than one thing żżż !!! ???

Are you asking about how to pause a download of a movie file (And not lose what you have already D/Led) ?

Or, how to pause a movie file while playing it so that when you switch on again it starts where you last were in the movie ?

Or..... Something else ?
