Hi, I'm brand new to this. I just downloaded a full length movie, but when I go to view it in realplayer,I get the audio, but no video at all! The screen is black, when I get one. I can hear the audio, so I know it's there.
Is there any way to retrive the video, or is this a bad file?

I have downloaded a couple other clips, and the video came through just fine on them.
