Now... Hopefully a little help for you...
While I am not day to day familiar with MACs, I know that you can do a general
Search of your machine in order to find a file or folder...
So, do a 'general search' on your machine for the file you have 'lost'...
If that does not result in you finding what you want, come back here for more help !
