So you deleted the file to stop shareing it? Well, it worked; too well. The first thing you need to do is STOP writeing to your hard drive, as you may overwrite your "deleted" files. Like flrman said you need an undelete program. Judging from Restoration's uh.... website I woulden't really trust it (but flrman says it works). Other programs are probably better, so I reccomend going to
www.download.com and finding a program there (I assume you are useing window$, but since you never told us...). Norton System Works has an undelete program, but I've never used it
