I don't suppose you had a look at any of my links in this thread? lol By the way OS 10.3.6 has bugs & has caused numerous people problems. Have a look for a thread called OS 10.3.6 It might be in the OSX installation problems section. With your issue though. I'd at least suggest you do a SAFE start & Repair permissions & try again. Install Standalone Java may help.
