Try trashing your LW preferences folder called
.limewire & found here:
Windows: C:/Documents And Settings/your_username/.limewire OR Linux: ~/.limewire OR OS X: /Users/your_username/Library/Preferences/LimeWire
Also some hints & advice. Don't resume your dwnlds using the Resume function!!! Yes it can be effective for the odd file but! With many files resumed, your files will queue for much, much, much greater lengths of time than normal. And it may also play havoc with LW's connection quality. It is much more effective, healthy for both your dwnlds & for the gnutella network if you manually search for them. More hints for optimising LW: A well set-up LW can start to automatically continue its dwnlding after it's settled down perhaps 2 out of 3 times you open LW.
