Question Why can't other people download my music.

I have about 10 gigs of music(courtesy of now defunct Napster) on another computer in my home network(I have a cable modem with a Lynksis 1 port router and a Dlink 10/100 4port switch/router attached to 4 win 98 computers) but have not had one single person download any shared files on XOLOX other than ones that I have downloaded on Xolox. On Bearshare people download an average of 1gig per day or more of my music files. Bearshare is extremely fast for small files(ie music les than 100 megs) but getting a complete download of more than 200-300megs(movies) on Bearshare is almost impossible. XOLOX is FANTASTIC. The reliabillity in completeing huge files is great. On the surface it seems slow but because of its relibillity it is actually much faster(tortoise and hare, slow and steady wins the race). It is very important to me that I be able to share my large music library with everybody. Please help.
