Limewire 4.0.7 ? I think it is in Japanese but I could be wrong. If the installer does not give you choice of language in Japanese then maybe the answer is no. If no, try the Beta version 4.3.2. The Beta version is safe to use!

Follow the instructions on the Java installer. It should be in Japanese language. Java should be installed into the System.
