We need A LOT MORE INFO from you about your computer...
What 'player' you are using, the type(s) of files that are giving you problems, what
"CODECS" you may or may not have installed, etc., etc.
As a starter, FORGET RealPlayer... It is garbage... Same for Windows Media Player...
When we have more info from you we will be able to help and advise, OK ?
