hmm looks like it may be resource problems here. I just checked the microsoft website. It said 64 Mb ram min. sys requirement 128 Mb ram recomended. It also recomended a modem driver update for aol users who were experincing disconnect problems. Not sure but the way the article read I don't think that is an issue for you, but the ram certaintly does. You can do a search for windows me and it should return a link to the right ms site if you want to read it.

I think when you are trying to start LW with a d/l there are 3 programs trying to use your ram at the same time. ME, AOL, & LW.
LW being on the bottom of the priority list. Kinda Like being in a traffic jam.

If you try the suggestion I made in the previous post this may eliminate some of the burden on your ram.

Also check to make sure your modem driver is up to date.
