One other point to note ... my desktop computer is connected to the router (cable) running the free version of LW and it works fine. My service provider said that it can't be on their end if that is happening. Another interesting fact is that LW will not work at my office either (connect to their network). I would rather have my money back if I can't get it to work.

This is so frustrating.
