I've just went and had a looksee at my monitor again it seems ppl are interested in my files but aren't having much luck getting them

Out of 11 ppl there's one active
The rest have:-

upload limit reached
Transfer interrupted
Complete (1 at 14% the other 21%) is this cos they stopped trying.
