Phex (ok)
Limewire (very good)
On linux there is also GTK-Gnutella (very good)
The simplest of all is the gIFT Gnutella plugin thought
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gift/ It is very basic and doesn't offer good performance on Gnutella.
