Well, for a start I don't think iPod recognises RealPlayer audio format files (rm.) iTunes doesn't seem to. I think you should try another alternative. See Getting music to iPod & iTunes thread (click on link)

I 'suspect' you'll need to convert the files to mp3 or save the files as mp3 for you to get the songs into your iPod.
