The fact you can't access port 6346 at all is a major worry! It is a possibility your isp may have blocked it. 1st let's try something simple. Whilst LW is closed, delete the LW prefs folder; instructions here:
Fixes for Limewire Then open LW & give it some time to try to connect. If not working go to File menu & disconnect, & a while later choose connect.
If that doesn't work, lets try a different port number. First try port 6342. Go to LW's menu Tools>Options>Advanced>Firewalls & type in 6342 in the listening port option box. Press Apply button. I'm not sure if needed but it might be best if you then quit LW & re-open. If it still won't connect then see alternative port to try here:

By the way, how many computers are on your lan? Is LW used on any of the others?
It just occured to me, try this test on the other computers on your lan: Using your browser go here:
http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say ‘Test Page was a Success’. What happens when you go there?
