I haf been using limewire for about 6 months and had no problems. then i reformatted my com recently n when i installed limewire again, the speed remained at 1-2kb/s. I haf no idea y this happens n my bug test came out true. Hoping for some help!

Norton Internet Security Firewall but i permitted all already
Limwire Version 4.8.1
Modem- Tecom AR1021
Connection - 512 Broadband
