I have a suspicion you haven't set your LW & the proxies up properly. You can follow NeOteric's instructions to the letter or these instructions:

NeOteric did tell me via pm he had to try many proxies before one worked. Try varying your port number. Whichever port you use in the Proxy setting you should also use in the firewall setting for listening port. eg: if the proxy port is set to 3380 then the listening port also set to 3380. ie: Tools>Options>Advanced>Proxy port no. & Tools>Options>Advanced>Firewall listening port should be the same. Whichever port no. you try.
