Ares & LW are different programs. After opening LW you should let it settle before doing anything with it. This includes allowing time for incomplete files & shared files to load up into LW. Whilst each incomplete file will also attempt to connect one by one.

Queued means "YOUR LW" is busy. All incomplete files will always initially be queued after opening. If you downld too many at once then many will become queued.

My advice is to be patient & not downld too many files simultaneously.
