I'm using limewire 1.7 on mac os 10.1 and I'm having trouble making a stable connection. I'm on a lan with no firewall to my knowledge. I was having trouble connecting when the limewire router was down around oct 4 and 5, and then my connections were great for 2 or 3 days, but now they suck again. router.limewire.com is not responding to my pings. Of greater importance to me, I can't maintain a connection to any other hosts for more than about a minute. In my statistics window, routing errors and dropped messages are both about 10% of total messages. I dont know what that refers to (are those routing errors and dropped messages ones I cause?), but it may be the cause of my problem.
