Thank you for your help Lord of the rings, I finally solved the problem. Guess what caused the firewall problem? My digital satelit!!!!! It is ridicilous. I would have never thought so. Today I unplugged the satelit cable(it has sort of a modem too) and there was no firewall issue anymore. YAY!
