If you had the english installer for LW 3 then you'd use the Add/Remove Programs control panel to remove it. If you had the international installer for LW 3 then you'd find an uninstaller within the LW 3 program folder.

Before uninstalling, make sure there's no LW activities happening. Hold down the Control, Alt & Delete keys & open Process Manager & look for limewire. If there's any, kill those processes.
