When I plug my Mp3 into the computer it splits into 2 'removeable disks' and creates an 'F' Drive AND a 'G' Drive. The memory also splits int0 17mb and 983mb respectively.

My son's MP3 (same make) only creates an 'F' Drive for 1Gb.

Does anyone know why this should happen and, more importantly, is there a way to combine the 2 memories into 1???

Please bear in mind - I'm completely non-tech so keep it simple!!
