Post "Push" downloads don't always recover on relaunch

- Use a Gnotella client that's not behind a firewall
- Start a download from a client that is behind a firewall (notice that Requesting Push occurs)
- Close Gnotella before the download finishes
- Relaunch Gnotella
Notice that the download has the "Requesting Push" status for a long time, then fails. Once it fails, aborting and restarting the download does not appear to help.
However, if I abort the download *before* it fails, then wait to restart it until I'm soundly connected to the network, everything is fine.
