From where did you load that LimeWire version?
The only versions that we can be confident that they are exempt of virus are those made and distributed from the official website.

Note that an original Limewire may also get infected by a virus which preexists on your PC. In that case you have no other choice than cleaning up your PC: make sure you perform a FULL disk scan, and make the necessary reboots that your antivirus will require to terminate some cleanups.

If you have just rebooted after a cleanup, reperform another FULL disk scan to make sure that your PC is effectively cleaned.
This done, you have to reinstall the applications that were found infected: use only the official LimeWire installers, listed on the official http://www.limewire.com/ website (there's no reason to dowload a free Limewire Basic from any other sources).

Be careful: there are various tweaked versions of LimeWire available on the Internet that claim to be Limewire Pro. In fact they too often disable some embedded security systems, and contain malwares, like: virus, spamwares, spywares, trapdoors, ... or they are sometimes damaging the stability of the Gnutella network (when they don't simply remove some internal controls that allow LimeWire detecting corrupted dowloads, or eliminating fake sources).
