I'm new to this, so please bear with me.

I was trying to upload some video files and accidenlty deleted them. I tried to recover them in the "Recycle Bin" but they were not there. Then I did a complete "Search" of the Drive C for the files, and they did not turn up.

Does anyone know how I can recover these files?
