Unhappy I Need Help For Real!!!!!!!

Thanks for the info LORD but that doesnt really help. If its a one time only fee, why should I have to pay again to receive what should already be at my disposel. Understanably I have not used it in a while but circumstances led me to lose my comp at the time, still this being the case I did pay "A One Time Fee" for services that I now can't use??????? There should be some record of this transaction somewhere, they supply a service and I am a customer, this isn't what I expected to hear, there should be a solution to my problem. Whether I used the service continuously or not I still BOUGHT PRO to help support LimeWire and should have my "one time only fee" respectively enforced. I hope there is a different solution for my problem. :O( I do not want to lose this service by being stabbed in the back by the people I support, not only through me but also through the people I have directed LW's way and gotten to upgrade to PRO.
