True incoming sounds good. But why you can't reach those addresses has got me stumped. After some quick research, the Kerio firewall has some strict rules.

Apparently you can define ip blocks within your firewall. Have you checked this option. YOu can configure which ones are blocked yourself. AFAIK or can gather from the above.
Have you tried swapping the firewalls around? Just as a trial, try the XP firewall instead. This is probably not what you'd prefer in the end though.
