I don't seem to know what the problem is. I don't know very much about computers, but i'm not computer stupid or anything. I have Limewire basic on WindowsXP

I click on the shortcut to Limewire 4.8.1 on my desktop and the loading icon comes up next my cursor for like one second and dissapears and NOTHING happens! It worked perfectly the day before, but now it's doing this. It seems like something's blocking it but I don't know what! I've already unistalled LimeWire and then Re-downloaded it but that didn't even work. Can someone PLEASE help me? this is very frustrating.
